Keith, I just recently got my video in/out add-on from Elsa and I installed the recent drivers (dated 05/04/2001). For some reason my TV composite output has now been shifted up like 30-40 pixels on the screen while the monitor output is fine. You obviously got yours working. Could you tell me specifically which drivers you are using?? And did you just receive your video in/out card recently as I did?? Thanks for any info.

: I have both an ATI Rage Fury and an ELSA Gladiac Geforce2GTS (with Video Out module) and wanted to see a comparison between the two concerning TV Output. To get a somewhat accurate idea of how they appear on the television - without snapping photos of the TV - I recorded the TV output onto a DV cam and then captured the frames onto my hard drive. The test was done within Windows so I'm not sure how these cards would behave in pure DOS but I don't imagine there would be any difference (don't hold me to this though).

: For some reason the Geforce card places the output of Ms. Pacman to the upper right corner of the screen. I'm not sure why and don't really have the time to fiddle with settings to try and correct it.

: Another difference is that the ATI will display on the monitor and TV at the same time.

: The gameplay was the same - no noticable differences.

: The test was to basically try to see the image quality between the cards. With that in mind - you be the judge.

: Keith
