I've got a 200 and I've been perfectly happy with it. At 1.2 you'll be happy too because I have an 850! There is a noticeable speed incread with a faster bus, but you won't see it in what's currently available for MAME. By the time you really need that kind of speed you'll be able to buy the next generation of processor for much much less.
: Question-I'm getting ready to buy a Thunderbird 1.2 and I was wondering if the Front Side Bus speed 200 vs. 266 will matter with Mame. The 200 is about $30.00 cheaper and thats not including what I can save with the motherboard.
