Questions about TV-Out cards

I am just now finishinng the final parts of my first mame cabinet, and everything seems tobe working fine except that I still am using my cheesy 15" Monitor. I have a 27" TV that was been gutted and mounted to it's own frame, and tested with a regular VCR. I need to buy a video card with TV-out before I can install it and finish my cabinet however. What do you all recommend for a good TV-out card or converter? Something that will run MAME and ZSNES (Those are the most picky programs I'm running, I think) in dos.I would only like to spend around $50 is possible, although I will look at something in the $75-$125 range.
