MameW or AdvanceMame?

Now that the new version is out, here's my question - I'm currently using AdvanceMAME in my cabinet under Windows 98 with a standard PC monitor. Should I switch to MameW to get better picture and performance or am I still best off using AdvanceMAME? Anyone done any comparisons?
