45 Degree changeable Joystick

IN my surfing travels I came across a site that had a control panel with joysticks that could be rotated to a 45 degree angle opposed to a 90 for playing certain games. I thought it was in the project database but I have looked through them all to no avail....has anyone else come across this project?
