I agree. Because it was discontinued (and probably doesn't support the newer mame versions) I've actually made the switch to AdvanceMennu. Using AdvanceMame is alot more work to set up, but you can realy get some perfect resolutions with it. I'm going to try to stick with the DOS mame port for as long as I can.

: Dear All

: Many of us see ArcadeOS as the great front end for MAME (or other emulators). Unfortunately as we know Brian has stoped developing his front-end. His last release version of ArcadeOS being 2.45.

: Myself I’m no programmer, but would like to see the development of the ArcadeOS continue. The intention of the posting is to see public response/reaction to the following ideas, or any other ideas that some one may have.

: 1. Peoples interest in supporting / using ArcadeOS as their choses front-end.
: 2. Programmer(s) willing to continue enhancing/supporting ArcadeOS from the current version 2.45 and providing the source/binary to other users to test/provide ideas. QUESTION: Is there any current programmers that are enhancing ArcadeOS currently?
: 3. Post on a regular basis on the message board ArcedeOS issues/possible enhancement register. This register would collect feedback on issues / enhancements that people have with ArcadeOS from reply posts to the original message posted.

: Look forward to you feedback.

: Kind Regards
: Dariusz
