: I am building a control panel for two players. The control panel has the following buttons:

: 2 x 4,8 super joystick (Happ)
: 1 x 3" Trackball
: 1 x spinner (Oscar model 2)
: 14 x black pushbottons (7 per player)
: 2 x player start buttons
: 2 x side flippers (pinball)
: 4 x mouse buttons
: 2 x misc buttons (start, esc, etc.)

: I have already ordered one I-PAC and an OPTI-PAC+ for the trackball and spinner (and two mouse buttons?)

Suggestions only:
Since you can wire more than one button to the same input, I would think that you could use two of Player 1's joystick buttons doubling as pinball flippers, and also possibly as mouse buttons. Double-check the Opti-Pac page for details.

Don't forget that using the I-Pac's Shift function, all buttons (and joysticks) can serve alternative outputs. This cuts down the need for Maintenance buttons.
