A question and request however. The screen scaling seems to be always-on and non-adjustable. Is there anyway you could have the scaling be adjustable and in both directions (height and width)? Yse I know I can do it with my monitor's controls, but if it could be done from within MAME I wouldn't have to re-adjust my monitor for each game. And I could permanently eliminate the black border around most of the horizontal games, and not have to mess with the monitor settings which are set to specific h & w for each resolution and refresh, but those setting rarely groove with mame leaving me with the ol' 1"-2" black border.
I realize this is OPTI-mame not SCREENRES-mame but if you're venturing into that land anyway, these features would be sooooo welcome.
