: hi,

: i may have access to an 11 year old 21 inch fixed frequency monitor (it used to be on a mac, but i had it hooked up to a pc for a little while).

: anyway, it's 1024x768. i'm not sure what the frequency is, but i suppose it's whatever was "standard" back then. can i use ArcadeOS to drive it, and is it worth the effort (compared to buying a 19" monitor for $200 to $300). (it's a radius monitor w/ a trinitron tube).

: thanks for any tips.

Well it will only work at one resolution and you will have to use things like increasing the pixel size in games to try and fill up the screen more. Radius used to make rotatable monitors, is this one of those?
