check out link below. you can download individual games on a disk, pop them in you A drive, boot your laptop and the game will load. Since you are not installing any software, these diskettes are great for taking games to other people's homes, using on company laptops on trips, etc.

: I'm looking into a simple set-up that involves using a dedicated laptop to play games like Pacman, Mario Bros., Millipede, Elevator Action, Star Trek, Choplifter, ect.(Basically games from the early to mid 80s). I want to be able to download and bring any one or two of these games with me when I travel, and would appreciate advice on the minimum PC hardware needed to accomplish this(if it is possible).
