I'm not sure on your exact monitor, but I have one about the same timeframe and it's 30 (but it doesn't some funny stuff to make it act like 60). I haven't tried it with aos yet.
but for the bad news. It won't look as good as a CRT or TV-out... why? to high resolution. about a week ago someone had some great photos with spyhunter running. It really showed why to crts and the TV's look better. Less resolution, but much better color depth and less color combining.
(as for the search, just use a search engine and I bet you will find the specs in a few minutes)
