While soldering my psx nyko scorpion controller, I decided it would be nice to have the "auto fire" option for my control panel.

To enable autofire on the pad, one must keep the "autofire select" button depressed, then press those buttons which are to be set to autofire. Once the desired buttons have been pressed, the "autofire select" button may be released, at which point the selected buttons are set to autofire.

To use this feature on my control panel, I'll need a button which is NOT momentary contact, but rather connects the circuit while the button is depressed, and disconnects when the button is released. Anyone know the term for this continual contact type of button?
