A few companies make them. Happs makes a optical rotary (like a mouse) and a 12 way (other buttons pressed). For most games, you will want the optical unless you are going to write some serious code to convert (there is an circuit board that someone made). The opticals are nice for any game you can use with a mouse (so you can try in advance). All but front line works that I've tried.
The happs version cost a little under 40 bucks. I think imperial has one, but not an optical one. So I would go with happs myself.
only trouble with happs.. doesn't click when you turn it.
