: Heh:

: It's been a while since I check this board, and I do it now and first thing I find is my name, funny. :)

: Building is definitely not for everybody. Although I am probably capable of doing it (spent too many years in engineering school), but time is definitely something I don't have, and my wood working abilities would also leave me with a non-pro looking ball of wood with a screen in there somewhere, and some knobs and buttons protruding out in a couple of different places. :)

: So I preferred getting the real deal. I bet it would be cheaper to get an used arcade cabinet, but then hooking the controls would be a pain for me, the monitor and control parts would be used and weared out, plus the whole thing wouldn't smell like new.

: And like I said, time is a huge problem for me. I run EmuViews, DVD Views, DVD Ratings, and SpeedHost.Com which is a web hosting business with a couple hundred customers (Saint is one of them). I'm also married and have a full time job.
: Adding more work to that is something I have to
: think many times, and it would definitely take me
: many many hours to do something like that. I'd
: rather pay for it. Like my first grade teacher (may she rest in peace), time is gold.

: : I guess Jose didn't spend enough time here at The FAQ.

: : Oh well, I suppose building your own cabinet/controls isn't for everybody!

: : Check out today's update at emuviews...
