hmm, the link doesn't work for me either, and I can't seem to find the product on their page. Maybe they don't make it anymore? The price is a little steep, especially for coating something as small as what you're planning on coating, but it does provide a nice finish and can go over pictures/stickers/whatever.

Anyway, your best bet is to go to home depot and talk to the people there and have them show you every possible thing that could possibly do what you want. then pick the cheapest, or the one you like most.

: Plexi-glass will be one of the hardest things you'll work with (yes it is available at home depot). Its very difficult to cut without the proper tools, and drilling holes requires the proper bits. Be prepared for it to break. Its tough to find 1.13 inch bits for plexiglass. You may need to take your layout to a plastics or glass company and have them do it.
: Another option that gives a similar result as plexiglass (more permanant though), is Build 50 (www.behrpaint.com/50.html) from home depot. Its that thick laquer covering that is used on bars and tables in restaurants. It runs about 40 bucks which could possibly be cheaper than ruining a few sheets of plexi-glass or taking it to a glass company.
: hope this helps.

: : 3) How easy is it to cut/drill plexiglass? how about other clear materials I could use that would work betteras an overlay? And is it generally easy to find at a normal hardware store (Home Depot etc.)?
