1. There was a post a little while ago about how to create a Dos install floppy from a Win98 system...basically it's just a couple of switches you add to the format command...I don't have the info on hand but if you do a search on the board here, you should find the info.

2. Your machine should be okay to run the oldies like Pacman but it may not be 100% depending on the videocard that is onboard. I have a cabinet running the same speed cpu and ram and it runs Ms.Pacman pretty close to full speed but it's not quite...I'm using pacmame which fits on a floppy fine.
