"Get Medieval": This was a shameless gauntlet clone/spoof with 3d rendered graphics, great sound and humor (the barbarian is a great Arnold S parody)!
"Armagetron" (Sp?): This is the tron light cycle game, comeone clued me into it on this forum, I think the link is futher down on this page. Basically it's the light cycles game with snazzy 3d graphics, you can even download a movie pack to get authentic sounds and textures.
I'm sure there are more, if you guys have any more gems, let us know!
