I have used this with advancemame and a nvidea riva 128 based card with display doctor.

pin 1 RED - 15 RGB RED IN
pin 2 GREEN - 11 RGB GREEN IN
pin 3 BLUE - 7 RGB BLUE IN
pin 4 not connected
pin 5 GROUND - 5 GROUND
pin 6 GROUND - 9 GROUND
pin 7 GROUND - 13 GROUND
pin 8 GROUND - 17 GROUND
pin 9 not connected
pin 10 not connected
pin 11 not connected
pin 12 not connected
pin 13 HSYNC/CSYNC - 16 Blanking signal
pin 14 VSYNC 16 -Blanking signal
pin 15 not connected
- 20 composite video in connected to SCART pin 16(Blanking signal)
