Thanks for the info! I put aside the keyboard I referred to, but I'll be sure to refer back to your post when I decide to do another controller project. I purchased yet another keyboard by IBM (Rapid Response) instead of a generic one (the other was a Comp USA-branded keyboard). When I opened it up, I received a special surprise -- not only was there an exposed chip, but the flimsy was inserted into a slot connector, which greatly simplified the job. Check out the following link for photos to see what I'm talking about. The last image will be where I plug in the buzzers. Unfortunately, I misaligned one of the holes :/.
This is really fun, btw!
