In my opinion, the Neo-Geo games look good on a TV with just the composite inputs (not s-video). I have a laptop with a composite tv-out and a 19" TV (Sony) and Neo-Geo (and CPS1) games looked great to me - comparable to my 2D Playstation games. I believe most Neo-Geo cabinets used a 19" monitor, so a 19" tv should look pretty accurate. S-video will look sharper (small text will be easier to read), but there probably aren't any 19" tv's with S-video.
Some people here are pretty picky about video output though.
: (3) What computer specs will be suffesicent for a neo-geo game?? will a PI 100mhz work good?? do i need more than that??
For MAME Neogeo games, you'll probably need more power-some NG games need more than others. I have't tried NeoRageX, but it apparently is faster than MAME.
