how to run different versions of mame in arcadeos?

hi there,

i'm using advancemame latest beta,but i also would like to use normal MAME36 final, cause later beta's give some bug's in games like out run (wich runs perfectly on mame36)
does anyone know how to combine these two emu's in one arcadeos?
