Yepp.. you can connect you pc directly to a TV using RGB..
but you have to build this little VGA2TV converter thingy for your cable..

the picture will be bliss BUT!!
-you software must be able to output the video at 15 khz horizontal Freq, otherwise the tvpicture will go weird..
if you want to play mame.. the "-monitor arcade" switch will do it.. works great for me!
