: My imperial trackball was very easy to figure out once opened, very few moving parts. Mine was also kinda sticky when I first got it; basically I just pulled out all the parts and put them back in perfectly; some things either were knocked out of alignment during shipping, or were never put together correctly. Works like a dream now.
