I am planning on hacking some Gravis Gamepad Pros for my cabinet and wanted to know if there is a site with detailed steps on how to wire and solder the button microswitches and solder them.
Also, can any wire be used for soldering a microswitch to whatever it is being hacked into? I want to hack a button, but I don't want it to always have to be connected to the other device. Can I have some sort of "connector" that i can plug/unplug whenever I want? I dont really know how this type of thing works.
