The little box you have between your PC and TV is not doing that, and a TV will definately not do that. Are you adjusting the location of the video on the TV screen with the little box, or the TV's controls??
I am adjusting it from that little box. I also have an ATI Radeon AIW...maybe I should use the TV-out on that?
