What are these cabinets called?

Hi,

Is there a name for those arcade machines where the control panel is seperate from the monitor (i.e. upright, cocktail, etc)? A few games I've seen on these are NFL Blitz, various Street Fighter games, and that Xybots game/cab that was listed as being free on the news page.
