I went to Wal-Mart and purchased some of the adjustable speed "window" fans. They are pretty big BUT would fit inside a cabinet and are pretty quiet. The kind I used had two fans in them (each could be turned on separately and the speed and direction adjusted). They were not very loud and were cheap enough that I bought extras incase some broke.
Oh, by WINDOW I mean similar to a window AC unit. They were wide enough (adjustable) to fit across the inside of a window.
