: Although it may sound like a heresy to MAME purists, I'd like to recompile MAME32 or StretchMAME32 in order to modify all games to run at 60fps, specifically those games running at 53, 55, 57... and very specially CPS2 games which now run with jerky scrolls at 59.63hz (I'm using a PC with Win98 and a multisync monitor at 60hz). I know the speed of these games would not be accurate, but that would not be a problem for me at all. I have downloaded all the source codes and the tools needed. Now, I'd like to know: is this possible? What should I look for on this large list of files? I don't know C, but a friend of mine does. Do you think this modification is possible and not extremelly complex for someone who does not know well the structure of MAME's source code?

: Thankyou, and please don't answer recommending me to use DOS MAME or Advanced MAME.
