I went to home depot, and bought a thick rubber washer.../like 1/4 inch thick...
I slowly shaped it with sandpaper and a file, to fit the size of the hole that the joystick comes out of...
I then put 4 notches in it at each 90 degree point...
My influence were those plastic peices that come with Pac-Man for the Neo Geo pocket...
