Well, a have a comment and a question here.

First off, this is by far the friendliest message board that I have ever been on. Sure, there are a couple of bad seeds who pop up on occasion, but in my opinion, it is infrequent enough that it is very far from being a "problem" whatsoever. Just my $.02.

As far as my question goes: Unless you have a static IP address, you have a different address every time you connect. How could you really enforce this? Just wondering.

If it would make you feel better as the board op to turn on IP logging, then do it. Like Brian said, those of us who aren't a bunch of jerks should have nothing to worry about, right?
