Used HotRodSE and had key buffer overrun problems. (Not uncommon as I understand, depending on Motherboard...) Made panel with IPac and same button layout and dimensions. (More or less...) I have an AutoCAD layout you can plot and use as a guide for drilling. I used it to place all holes (including bolts for joystick) and it's absolutely accurate. Let me know if you are interested. This was my first "wood shop" project and with a little research and forethought it turned out great. Plus, it's programmable.
