Here is an email I got from the guy selling the blueprints. This is free info he sent me, I am still trying to decide if I should buy or not.

From Rick Martin:
Here is the free info (costing, tool list, etc.)

Estimated times
Currently, one yoke can be completed in about 4 hours at YokeCraft. For
someone new at this, using a handsaw to cut the pipes can take up to 2@@ hours.
Using a hand drill to make the holes takes about 3-4 hours. However, the
following times are pretty accurate if you have all electric tools and raw
materials on hand:

Cutting pipes: 45 minutes
Drilling holes: 1@@ hours
Soldering: 2 hours
Final assembly: 4 hours

: Anyone build one of these? They look neat, but how hard to build?

: I had paying 20 bucks for a CD when I don't know how good and sturdy they are. Also, how easy is it to build? Day job if you have all the parts? How much for all the components needed (about...)? 10bucks? 100?

: I haven't figured out if I could put it on my cabinet yet... I'm just now deciding where everything will go. If it was easy to build, and cheap enough, I might leave a space for it to go in.
