The button sticking problem is probaly your Hagstrom KE24, we found out that there's two versions, a 'fast' version that's good for Mame, and a 'standard' version that's intended for industrial applications. You had to request the 'fast' version, otherwise you had a 50/50 chance of getting the good version. I'd recomend getting an IPac to replace it.

Too speed up your games I'd recomend getting a cheap AMD Duron, unless you want to run some really CPU intensive games like Stun Runner (In which case get an AMD 1.33 Ghz Thunderbird). If you run NEO-GEO games, upgrading to at least 128MB of ram.

: I built my cabinet when this site had only a few examples(pre 2 kids). My cab runs slow, not smooth and the buttons sometimes stick or do not work. What do I new to get to be back in business?
: Currently running:
: AMD233 with 64 ram
: using hagstrom KE24
: Running Arcadeathome on windows 98

: thanks
