Who made the portable NES?

Someone about 6 months ago made a portable NES that ran on a nine volt and 2 double A's. Anywayone remember who it was and their website?

I just got a little 4inch portable TV (came with a VCR that goes in the car). Anyway, I would love to find an old NES and put it in another box with a nine volt and use it on airplanes. Just a little bigger then a gameboy but much much better.
