Does anyone know what two pins tell a video card that there's a monitor attached?

: Hello All: : I'm trying to use ARCMON, but it seems unless a have a standard VGA monitor connected to my card, I get no video at all. (I've done this before, so I know what to look for) : I know some video cards look for a signal on a certain pin to tell if t here's a monitor present, so how do I 'fake' the video card into thinking there is one?
