creating a jamma console

I just purchased a cabinet to convert to mame. I'm planning on stripping all the electronics from the system (so it wont be a pc-jamma, but a pc). Anyway, I was thinking about what to do with the board.

Its an unemulated system (Cap America and the Avengers) that I plan on sending the board to the mame team to see if they can finally figure out what the chip is. Anyway, I was wondering. Couldn't I put everything into a box, and basically have a plug and play jamma console? Is there a way to plug a standard TV (usa) into the jamma configuration (ie, any rgbs -> nstc converters cheap)?

Not a huge deal since I'm hoping that the board will be emulated (or blown up trying... hehe). But if it can't, it would be nice to get the board. also, jamma boards are going for super cheap on ebay these days (10-40 bucks). So there might be some older games I would like to own even if I have them emulated.

The other idea is that I might take the crt from the cabinet (thinking of going with a monitor) and make a mini table top jamma system.
