I'm using the -incabinet 0 switch when I startup ArcadeOS, which I understand is actually turning off the weird NTSC refresh rates, but it does drop down the display to 320X240 so it looks good on the TV. I'm using an ATI card as well, I don't know if this will help ya, but it's worth a go.

: hi,
: can i first say that this site and all the people involved are truely awesome. thanks to you i've got my own mame box up and running with minimal troubles, and im not the most technically minded person.
: anyway, im having problems running arcadeos in pure dos mode.
: im using an ATI All-in-wonder RAGE II+ card into the s-video input on my TV. this works fine if a run arcadeos from a dos window in win98, however when running aos in pure dos mode, the display is fine until aos is launched, then i get a blank screen and a system crash. ive set the monitor to be standard vga in arcadeos.cfg. can somebody point me in the right direction. (aos runs fine in pure dos when plugged into my vga monitor)
