WG U3100 at 1024x768.... does it work?

Has anyone got their Wells-Gardner U3100 working at 1024x768? Not for games necessarily, but just running Arcade@Home or Windows. I remember someone mentioning in an old post that they could not get it working. Is this true for most people?
