I have the same problem/trackball. I modified the encoder wheels (blanked out every other slot) and it helped, but still is flakey. I believe it has more to do with the clock speed of the chip keeing up with the faster spinning...
I couldnet find any schematics and the mouse is marked only wiht house numbers, also even if i do 'clock it up' it may stop taking to the system?
weell.... where can you but the imperial/find information on purchasing, im about reavy to give up..
