You could buy a rotozip bit (I am not sure which number is for cutting wood off hand). The RotoZip is like a giant dremel (if you need to cut drywall, it ROCKS!). I believe the bits are 1/8" thick so you will most likely need to glue the T-molding in the slot it makes.
