I used the standard power ramp for my current set of controls. I didn't have any trouble figuring out what the points where to solder and it worked fine, but I also put it together as I took it apart (so I could see the existing buttons.
One thing to mention, I didn't solder at the points of the button, the small buttons use a suction cup with a peice of metal (that when pressed combines two leads. But I followed the leads to a post (each had one close).
Anyway, I'm not sure if they use the same board... but I will say this, not a great board to start off with if you plan on making it into two different joysticks (you are missing 2 buttons for 2 joysticks and 6buttons each... drag)
Anyway, follow the connections and you should find a lead that you can solder to.
