Check out Bob Roberts' webpage; he sells a lot of common and uncommon arcade parts for good prices. The page hasn't been updated lately, but you could always give him a buzz and check current stock.

The "click" you mention associated with mciroswitches isn't really so bad, especially if you have your control panel closed and mounted in the cabinet. Furthermore, with the sound going full tilt, you should be too busy or distracted to notice. Check out your nearby arcade!
