I just found this monitor that someone was throwing out. I plugged it in to a computer. When I turn it on, the power LED goes to its regular brightness, then I hear a relay click, then the LED shuts off and repeats forever. This happens about twice a second. I checked the voltage and it's a normal 120 monitor. By the way this is a computer monitor, not an arcade. I also noticed that the VGA connector only has 10 pins. Is this OK? Thanks.
