There's an atari game, whose name I forget, where up to 4 players play a breakout-style game, with one player on each of the 4 sides of the box.

: Warlords originally had 4 spinners-one for each player.

: : : My latest arcade control plan is for four players. I am planning on having two of the players use Happs Optical rotary joysticks, hooked up via a Hagstrom ME4. My questions are these:

: : : 1.) Should I just stick super joysticks on the other two stations, or should I get a 3rd and 4th Optical joystick (in other words are there any games where 4 players would need spinners/rotation all at the same time?

: : : and

: : : 2.) If I were to install 4 Optical Rotary sticks, since that would use 2 axis (2 sitcks on X, 2 sitcks on Y) can I hook 4 of them on two mouse ports (perhaps using the OPTI-PAC) and expect them to all function independently and simultaneously?
