I have a big jumbo JAMMA style cabinet that I have my 27" tv in (I'm not sure if the cab is built originally for a 25 or 27 inch display.)
Anyway it's a monstrosity at about 7 feet tall, the marquee sits pretty much right at the top, it measures 8 1/2 by 26 1/4 inches. I can get you an exact height measurement when I get home tonight if you would like. There are a few assorted pictures at my website.
