They're terrible. No contact phone numbers, i signed up for PAID no banner service, and find out they only have email forwarding. Then I go to everyone.net for the email, you have to go to their website to retrieve mail, I can't use my own email client. If there's pop mail information, they don't make it known.
Now, I don't hear from either one of them when I contact customer service. Anyone have numbers I can use??
