Both I and the revered 'Prophet of Retrogames' were using the XPERT98 card to begin with, but gave up on it due to issues with the AdvanceMAME ATI drivers.
Apparently the XPERT98 is a funky conglomeration that neither the ATI nor the r128 drivers work with.
We have both switched to variations of the Voodoo3 series.
