My Mame32 with trackball (mouse) and spinner (mouse #2) supports it. This seems to be relevant to Windows detecting and loading the two mice, which it does. If you move mouse #1 and the cursor moves and then move mouse #2 and the cursor moves (at the desktop) then Mame32 will work in a similar fashion.
