If you have any mechanical ability at all, you should be able to do it. I've got four and have dismantled all of them for cleaning and new rollers.
The main thing I can tell you is take it apart face up.
None of mine originally rolled. When open two things were obvious, bad rollers and rusted bearings. Soak the bearings in Liquid Wrench, it works better than WD for some reason.
