From my own experience, I can say that Drew at Arcadesticks has a track record of unreasonably long delays. He's either a lying con-artist, or the worst organized person I've ever met. In either case, he should be avoided.
He's not a manufacturer; only a reseller. Check around and you'll see that you can buy the same items for less from companies like Happ Controls, with a lot less hassle.
